But, there are two main tihgns that have me excited about this. One, I like intentionally reflecting on my failures and then having the time (not in the moment) to think about how I would ideally have responded to the situation. I ask myself, what would the ideal version of myself do in this situation? This is excited because I feel like I am training my character muscle in these situations. Second, I realized that failure is a good thing if it is because I am pushing my character. If I'm not failing I'm not trying hard enough in my book.
